How it works
Five steps, one feed
SurfaceIQ Virtual Lot runs from the inventory feed your store already produces. Nothing changes on your current website.
Connect the feed you already have
HomeNet, vAuto, a DealerOn export or any CSV. We pull it on a schedule (hourly by default), check every VIN, fill missing specs from the NHTSA decoder, and re-host the photos. We never scrape your website for inventory.
Every car gets a page AI can read
Each vehicle is published on your branded host as a complete page: VIN, price and specs in the first HTML, Vehicle and Offer structured data, and a plain-text twin for AI readers. Sold cars are marked sold, then retired cleanly, never redirected to your home page.
AI agents can search your lot
Your inventory is also an MCP server, the standard AI agents use to call tools, with an llms.txt and an MCP manifest so assistants can find it. An agent can search by budget, body style or payment and hand the shopper straight to the right car.
Answer the questions shoppers ask
Lists like "SUVs under $25,000" are built from live inventory, so they're always true. Broader questions, like financing or choosing a dealer, get drafted answer pages. Every word passes a compliance check, and you publish each one yourself.
Measure what actually happened
Each week we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini the questions buyers in your area ask, without naming you, and keep every answer word for word. You also see confirmed AI crawler visits and every lead, with where it came from, delivered to your CRM as ADF.
One price, everywhere
You confirm once that your feed price is the all-in price, excluding only tax and government fees. That one number is what every page, list and AI agent states. Payments are shown only with their full disclosure, using the rates you confirm.
